The new fifth building consists of two sections, differing according to apartment selection. The first section is set up with only two large apartments per floor. The second section offers a selection of smaller apartments with an optimal use of living space. Angular floor-to-ceiling windows are used in the apartments with panoramic windows opening up picturesque views of the Moskva River, Stroginskaya valley, and the Serebryany Bor forest.
The infrastructure of the complex includes the sports center DON-Sport Orange Fitness. The two story underground parking is found. The vast area of the Alye Parusa includes an alpine garden with exotic plants, and playgrounds.
